To ensure collaboration between the primary process and staff, these parties are both represented in the Innovation Board. Machteld de Kroon (Managing Director of the Unit Buildings, Infrastructure & Maritime) and Marco Schuringa (Director CREF) form the core of the Innovation Board. Depending on the innovation (R&D-line, impact), additional decision makers of other units or services can be invited to give input for the decision of the Innovation Board.
